UK = £1.50 per item and £2.50 for gift sets
Europe and Rest of World = £5.50 per item and £6.50 for gift sets

Orders places by 1100 Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched on the same day and should be delivered within 2 – 3 working days. Orders places after this time will normally be dispatched on the next working day. Next Day Special Delivery
Orders placed by 1100 Monday to Thursday will normally be delivered before 1300 the next day. Orders received before 11am on a Friday may be received on the Saturday but Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery on a Friday. They do guarantee that it will be delivered on the following Monday by 1pm. Orders placed after this time will not be dispatched until Monday for arrival on Tuesday. Please note that a signature is required upon receipt. If we are unable to do this for any reason, we will endeavour to contact you and give you the option of cancelling your order. Who will deliver my order?We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or DHL Express Delivery. When will my order arrive?Most orders to addresses in the United Kingdom arrive within 2-3 working days.
Orders dispatched during peak periods, such as before Christmas, may take several days longer than usual.
Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 5 working days.
ReturnsIf the items you receive are damaged or are not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days for authorisation to return them to us. Once you have returned the products, we will refund the cost of your order including our delivery charge and your return postage costs. If you wish to return an item you have ordered, you must contact us within 7 days. Providing you return the product to us unopened and in saleable condition, we will refund the cost of the item less £1.95 for postage. |
